1. Introduction Welcome to Restroom Finder. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("the Application"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description Restroom Finder is a collaborative platform that allows users to search for, locate, rate, and add restrooms (toilets) near their location. The information is largely provided by the user community.

3. Use of Geolocation To fulfill its main function, the Application requires access to your mobile device's location services. By using the Application, you consent to the use of your location data to show you the nearest restrooms.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct Since users can upload photos, descriptions, and comments about restrooms, we establish the following strict rules:
License: By uploading content, you grant Restroom Finder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the Application.

Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance): It is strictly prohibited to upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, defamatory, threatening, or that infringes on copyright.
Moderation: Restroom Finder reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend or block the account of any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer The information regarding the availability, cleanliness, hours, and access of restrooms is for reference only and based on third-party data. Restroom Finder does not guarantee the accuracy of this information and is not responsible if a listed restroom is unavailable, dirty, or no longer exists. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property All rights to the design, source code, logos, and name "Restroom Finder" are the exclusive property of SPMR Inv INC.

7. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The modifications will be effective immediately upon their publication in the Application.
